Oolong Tea
Oolong tea is categorized between green and black tea because of the way it is processed. Oolong tea is considered "semi-fermented," rendering characteristics of both green and black tea. It is the best complement for Chinese cuisine and among the best ways to fight against the effects of aging.
All of our teas are organic and fair-trade. The tea leaves are packaged in four-ounce tea tins, enough for 40+ cups of tea.
Oolong tea should be steeped in water that is 212 degrees Fahrenheit for 4-5 minutes.
