Rooibos
Rooibos, also known as red tea, comes from an herbal plant that grows in South Africa. It provides many health benefits, including the same antioxidants found in green tea, and it is caffeine-free. It is great for kids, too.
All of our tea is organic and fair-trade. The tea leaves are packaged in four-ounce tea tins, enough for 40+ cups of tea.
Rooibos should be steeped in water that is 212 degrees Fahrenheit for 7-8 minutes.
