Black Tea
Because black tea comes from the same tea plant as white and green tea, it provides very similar health benefits. The leaves go through processes of oxidation and fermentation, giving this variety its dark color and fullest flavor. Try it hot with a little cream and sugar.
All of our teas are organic and fair-trade. The tea leaves are packaged in four-ounce tea tins, enough for 40+ cups of tea.
Black tea should be steeped in water that is 212 degrees Fahrenheit for 4-5 minutes.
