Koko Bubble Tea is a locally-owned business in Birmingham, AL.  Husband and wife, Aaron Moreno and Tracy Chang, started it from scratch and have enjoyed more than four years of serving quality tea drinks.

We are located at 3000 Riverchase Galleria (first level by Sears), Birmingham, AL 35244.

The mall hours are:
Monday through Saturday, 10 am - 9 pm
Sunday, 12 pm - 6 pm

Aaron (and Tracy)

If you are a long-time customer of Koko Bubble Tea, there is a good chance that Aaron was the one who got you hooked on these delicious drinks.  If he is not at the tea stand when you visit, he might be salsa dancing elsewhere:o)

Tracy

It was Tracy's passion for bubble tea that got this business up and running.  Currently she resides in New York working diligently so that Aaron can come up and be with her. It should also be noted that Tracy and Aaron are both amazing salsa dancers.

Chip

When Chip is not studying at Auburn, he is helping out here at Koko.  In his spare time, he is an avid learner of the ways of tea.  He also hangs out with Tammy's little brother (small world!).

Alicia

If you stop by on the weekend, you're likely to have the pleasure of meeting Alicia.  Because of her full-time job in an office, Alicia takes care of things at Koko mainly on Sundays.

Tammy

Tammy, Koko's assistant manager of two years, is now enjoying part time hours at Koko.  As of January 2009, she works full time as a new mommy.

Paul

There are several important qualities that Paul brings to Koko Bubble Tea: experience in drink-making, availability on the weekends, and good looks which facilitate regular customers.  Paul has also taken an extended leave while in school in Florida.

Hannah

One of the newest members of the Bubble Tea family. Studying at Jefferson State Community College, but works almost every day. Hannah enjoys making people smile and giving hugs. But most importantly,she tries to make your tea absolutely amazing. 

Cherish

Cherish is one of Koko's favored employees. Cherish enjoys art, music, dance, and the green tea latte bubble tea. She is currently working away from the tea shoppe and going into full-time college study. She is also a student at Jeff State, but working towards Montevallo. Cherish hopes to join us again in the summer of 2011 as a part-timer!

Ashley

Ashley is an English major at Montevallo. Ashley is currently working away from the Tea shoppe but she still enjoys visiting once in a while.
