When you order Simply Tea at Koko Bubble Tea, we steep it in this teapot. It is simply the best way that we've found to make tea. Because the leaves have the entire room of the pot to expand in the water, the outcome is maximum flavor & health benefits -- without any tea leaves in your cup.
A pot holds 16 oz of water, and one cup of tea is considered to be 8 oz. To make a pot of tea, simply put two teaspoons of tea leaves in the pot (one tsp for each cup) and add hot water (the best temperature depends on the type of tea). Let the tea leaves steep according to the type of tea, and place the tea pot on top of a mug or pitcher. Reuse your tea leaves for a second brew. For white, green, and black tea, the second brew will be naturally decaffeinated.
